How we hire
Our process is short and respectful of your time. It typically looks like:
- A short async intro — tell us about yourself and what you're looking for.
- A conversation with the team you'd be working with, focused on real problems we're solving.
- A practical exercise relevant to the role, paid for your time where applicable.
- A final conversation with the founders, and a decision within a few days.
